They met while studying OT in their freshman year of college. They have remained close friends since, and reconnected in the Boston area years later when their journey into parenthood coincided. Coincidentally, they were professionally providing developmental and feeding support to newborns and young children in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and a Newborn Developmental Follow-Up Clinic. They soon realized that their OT lens was inexplicably fused into many aspects of their parenting, and that their own personal parenting experience greatly complemented their therapy practice.
